ASA is a kind of ternary polymer co-extruded by three kinds of materials at one time:Acrylonitrile,Styrene,and Acrylate.ASA has the outstanding corrosion resistance and anti-UV performance,long term color stability and outside life.

 

 Properties

Prominent weather resistance As top layer material, Geloy engineering resin made by GE is extraordinarily suitable for outdoor use. Even exposed to ultra-violet radiation, dampness, heat, chillness and impact, the products remain the stability of color and physical properties. Tests held in Aging Test center of Arizona and Florida prove that is less than E 5 within 10 years.

High impact strength and resistance to extreme climate

ASA synthetic resin roof tile is tested by falling sphere impact test,( a 1kg steel ball falls freely from 2 meters high on tiles ) which proves no crack. Tested by ten cycles of freeze and melting, it proves no swelling, frothiness, peeling-off or crack.

Excellent anti-corrosion performance ASA resin roof tile has great performance in anti-corrosion test, which will not decline by erosion of rain and snow. Geloy resin is resistant to many chemicals such as acid, alkaline, salt, etc.

Self-cleaning The surface of roof tile is dense and smooth, which has the same effect as lotus leaves. It doesn't absorb dust and can be easily cleaned by rain.

Environment-friendly With China Certificate of Environmental Labeling, this product proves no radiation, volatilizable materials and pollution. What’s more, it can be completely recycled.
